When can I make a return request?

You may return one or more items, provided that they were not used or worn, within 20 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.

The client can not change the returned item/s with other products.
We can not accept the return of items that are not in the same conditions the client found them.

BEFORE STARTING THE RETURN:

Please, check you have the following requirements before shipping back the goods and follow the instructions here below to receive your refund as soon as possible:

  • see that every item is in the same conditions in which it was shipped and that it is properly and carefully packed;
  • see that all original labels, in fabric or pending, are perfectly intact and that they were not removed from the garment. Otherwise, we could not assure the acceptation of the returned item since it could not be suitable for the sale anymore;
  • every returned item may be worn just to try its fitting. It must not be worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;
  • the shoes must not be used. The original shoe box is considered as an integral part of the item and it must be returned intact, without scratches, marks, written or disfigurations. For this reason, the original box can not be used as the only external shipping packaging.

Can I exchange goods?

FemmeFashionista does not exchange goods. You need to create a new order. Any credit accrued from previous returns is automatically deducted when a new order is placed.

How should I prepare the package with my return?

Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?

Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request ticket your profile and send photos of the product to info@femmefashionista.com.   We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. FemmeFashionista is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

How can I make a return request?

You can make a return request within 20 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions:

Insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.  If you are having any issues finding your number contact us at info@femmefashionista.com & we will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel or amend an order?

You can change/cancel an order only when the order status is BOOKED.

Once payment has been received and confirmed your order moves to the PROCESSING stage and can no longer be amended nor cancelled. We invite you to further verify the user’s data and order confirmation by your end customer.

You may still return items once they have been received.
